UK Delivery

Free delivery on UK orders over £60.

For orders under £60, a flat rate of £3.99 applies across mainland UK, including Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands.

We dispatch within 5 working days of receiving your order. If there’s a delay beyond 10 days, we’ll contact you.

Delivery Method

We use tracked deliveries, so you can expect your package within 2 working days after dispatch.

You’ll receive a dispatch email from us, followed by tracking info from our courier.

Delivery may require a signature, but you can request a safe place at checkout for drop-off.

Europe & Rest of World

Europe: VAT is removed at checkout, but import VAT and duties may apply on arrival—usually between 10–16% of the item value. Royal Mail will collect this on behalf of your country.

Rest of the World: Delivered via UK Royal Mail and Others. You’re responsible for any import duties or taxes. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the USA, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, or some parts of the South China Sea due to trade restrictions.
