Welcome to ProTrain(tm). These Terms of Service explain how we provide our services, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Our Contract With You

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. This is not acceptance.

A contract is formed only once we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion (e.g. if stock is unavailable or payment is not authorised).


3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Payment must be made at the time of order via the methods offered on our site.


4. Delivery

We ship to the UK, EU, and selected international destinations. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Risk in the goods passes to you once delivered.


5. Returns and Refunds

Our full Refund & Returns Policy applies. Key points:

You have 28 days to return items.

Items must be unused, with tags and in their original packaging.

Outbound carriage (original shipping) is non-refundable unless items are faulty or incorrect.

Return carriage is your responsibility, unless you use our returns service (charged at cost).

Exchanges are free of transport cost.

If you choose store credit, we’ll add 10% extra value.

We may reduce or refuse a refund if goods are returned in an unsaleable condition (e.g. used, damaged, or with strong odours).


6. Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days to reject goods if they are faulty and receive a full refund.

After 30 days, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Fit or personal preference is not classed as a manufacturing fault.


7. Your Use of Our Website

You must not misuse our site (e.g. by introducing viruses, scraping content, or interfering with functionality).

Intellectual property, including logos, images, and product descriptions, belongs to Gundog Catalogue or our licensors. You may not reproduce without permission.


8. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of profits, business interruption).
  • Delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, courier delays).

Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the value of your order.


9. Reviews and Feedback

We welcome genuine feedback. However, false, defamatory, or abusive comments may result in refusal of service and, where appropriate, legal action.

By submitting reviews, you grant us permission to use, display, and share them.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on our website at the time you order will apply to your purchase.
